Important Change to Pickup Procedures at Logan Airport, Boston, Massachusetts


Effective immediately the local airport authority, Massport,  in response to security requirements, traffic congestion, safety and to make room for planned construction, has decided to limit standing time for livery vehicles at Terminals B and C.

Your car cannot wait at the curb for more than 10 minutes.
 After 10 minutes, the chauffeur must leave the terminal, return to the central limousine holding area, get a new pass from Massport, and return to the terminal. 

To simplify things for our customers, we ask that you just give us a call when you arrive in the terminal. Our testing shows that your vehicle will be at the limousine stand within 5-8 minutes of your call. Please note that if you are not at the curb when your chauffeur arrives, they may have to circle the airport property and return.

 

Please follow the guidelines below:

    For customers with checked luggage:  please collect all of your bags. When you have your luggage, call our 24-hour dispatch center at 800-562-8808, extension 2, and go to the upper level limousine stand where your chauffeur will meet you.

    For customers with carry-on bags:  For customers with carry-on bags -- please wait until you are on the jetway and walking into the terminal before calling our 24-hour dispatch center at 800-562-8808, extension 2. Stay on the upper level and proceed out to the limousine stand to meet your chauffeur.
