We are pleased to announce the promotion of Lynda Saitta to Relationship Manager. Lynda has over ten years experience in our industry and her knowledge of global logistics has been a tremendous asset to our company. Before joining Limousine Eighteen, Lynda worked as a customer service team leader and a fleet control liaison for one of the largest transportation companies in the industry.

Lynda will work with our global affiliates to ensure that our clients experience the same high standard of quality service no matter where they travel. She'll keep our network running smoothly and work to expand into new markets. Lynda will also ensure consistency in service by reviewing training programs, insurance certificates, workman's compensation coverage, and W-9 status, and will be on the road doing site visits and meeting as many of you as she can. She hopes to learn the industry's best practices from our top quality affiliates. She will also have responsibility for out-of-town incident resolution and reporting. Lynda says, "I am thrilled to be working for a company that places such strong emphasis on customer service-recognizing that our customers sit in both the driver's seat and the back seat. I look forward to working with such a great group of companies and I know that together we will have a great year."
