William Walch, Jr. Joins Limousine Eighteen as General Manager

Bill Hurynowicz Promoted to Director of Business Development

Boston, MA –February 20, 2007- William E. Walch, Jr. was recently appointed General Manager of Limousine Eighteen. Bill Hurynowicz, previous General Manager, moves into the role of Director of Business Development.

Walch comes to Limousine Eighteen with extensive experience in the transportation industry. He was employed by a multi-million dollar ground transportation provider for 11 years, where he showed his expertise in a variety of roles. He began his career there as an executive chauffeur, served as Fleet Controller, Operations Supervisor and Facilities Manager.  As Operations Manager he increased profitability by 30% and managed over 300 chauffeurs, dispatchers, and fleet controllers.

Originally from the Midwest, William has lived in the Boston area for 20 years and enjoys sailing off the coast of Maine in his spare time.

Bill Hurynowicz was recently appointed to Director of Business Development for Limousine Eighteen.

As General Manager of Limousine Eighteen, he was instrumental in the 100% growth that the company experienced over the last three years. Hurynowicz helped create and implement the very successful and cutting edge Chauffeur Partner Program. He also created the Global Dispatch department and systems which Limousine Eighteen uses to manage all Global Reservations.

His new responsibilities will include managing and building Limousine Eighteen’s client base through various sales and marketing activities.

Prior to Limousine Eighteen, Hurynowicz held the position of Managing Director at Pro Staff where he led the New England region of the national staffing firm. During his tenure at that company, his offices were ranked in the top ten nationally in performance and profitability. Previously, Hurynowicz spent 10 years in a variety of operational positions at American Livery Systems in Waltham, starting off in a dispatch position and eventually assuming the responsibility of Director of Operations.
