Limousine
Eighteen clients and business partners,
Every
year at this time, we reflect on all the things that we have to
be grateful for: our health, our family, our friends, and our
wonderful customers. We have forged lifelong friendships and valued
partnerships through Limousine Eighteen. As this tumultuous year
winds down, we look forward to 2009 with high hopes and renewed
dedication to providing first class customer service.
This newsletter highlights a few things that Limousine Eighteen
has done to make things easier for you, as well as the local community
and those who are not fortunate enough to be home for the holidays.
May
the holiday season bring you and yours peace, joy, and happiness!
Best
wishes to you and yours,
Marc

Automatic Reminders
and Chauffeur Updates
Added Functionality
to Keep You on the Move
We
recently upgraded our software to provide you with more information.
In addition to the email or fax confirmation you receive at the
time of booking, we can send an automatic reminder 24 hours prior
to your trip - If any of your travel plans have changed please
let us know!
We can also send your Chauffeur information 15 minutes prior to
your pickup to help you connect onsite. These messages can be
sent to an email address or texted to a phone (e.g., 1111111111@nextelmessaging.com).
If you would like this functionality activated for your profile,
please give us a call or drop a note to operations@limo18.com.
Every
year, our office staff and local chauffeurs take on a "good
works" project or two to help out those who are less fortunate.
This year we worked on two campaigns: sending holiday care packages
to a platoon of soldiers stationed in Iraq (through www.adoptaplatoon.org)
and buying presents for the children of families who are living
with HIV/AIDS (www.strongestlink.org).
We
collected over 40 pounds of snacks, toiletries, books, and other
goodies so that each soldier would have a holiday gift bag of
his or her own. Finally, we wrote an individual notes for each
person and wrapped everything up for safe on-time
delivery.
(While Limousine Eighteen has a 99.5% accurate arrival time rate,
it's much trickier getting the mail to troops in distant locations.)
With
the parcels wrapped and shipped, we moved on to making sure that
needy children on the North Shore have what they want for Christmas.
The Strongest Link Holiday Gift Program allows children and teens
to request specific items such as winter boots, jackets, gloves,
and toys.
Our
combined efforts were able to provide several children with items
they need to stay warm this winter as well as having a bit of
holiday cheer.
While we excel at customer service, we're not bad at community
service either!
