Eighteen clients and business partners,
We
would like to thank all of our customers who took the time to
Zoomerang us! Zoomerang is the survey tool we use to get customer
feedback on our performance. You can complete the Zoomerang survey
through the website or an email trip receipt.
We
never could have imagined the overwhelming number of responses
that we have received. Because we had such a great response, we
decided to pick two winners this month, Deborah Berger of Bluesocket
and Scott F. Crago, musician. You'll see their comments in this
newsletter.
On
our chauffeur front, we are proud to say that 100% of our Boston-based
chauffeur staff have just finished our chauffeur training refresher
course. Since 2000, we have been using the Smith System defensive
driver certification program, a nationally recognized training
program that consists of in-office training and on-the-road time.
We
would be remiss if we don't give Ed Wildman an honorable mention
this fall. Ed is approaching 17 years with Limousine Eighteen
and we look forward to many more.
Our
goal is to provide you with chauffeured transportation excellence,
anywhere you need to travel. For almost twenty years, we've been
making your travel a little easier. Thank you for letting us keep

Trading Places
While you didn't see it on on prime time network TV, Limousine
Eighteen had its own "Trading Spaces" episode recently.
Limousine Eighteen's Marc Shpilner traded places for a few days
with All Occasion
Transportation's president Eric Weiner. Their experiences were
documented in LCT Magazine (Limousine & Chauffeured Transportation.

New
Email Trip Confirmations
Changes in how you receive trip information from
Limousine Eighteen
Many of our customers asked us if we could simplify
our email communications and make things easier for them. They
told us that opening an attachment was one step too many. Specifically,
they told us that they wanted to see electronic trip confirmations
and trip receipts in the bodies of their emails not as
an attachment. Recently we made the change. So now, by default,
that is how you will receive emails from us. If, however, you
would prefer to receive them as attachments we can do that too!

At
the Limo Digest Expo in Orlando recently, Marc and Linda Shpilner
were asked to present their approach to selling more limousine
service. They spoke as industry experts in the educational seminar
series at the conference. Their stress on excellent customer service
and measures to assure employee retention have contributed to
the ongoing growth and success of Limousine Eighteen.

We
are happy to announce that Lynda has joined our Customer Service
Rep team, bringing with her nine years of experience in the industry,
and as an added bonus, thorough knowledge of our global logistics
system. She has worked both as a customer service team leader
and a fleet control liaison for one of the largest transportation
companies in the industry. We are delighted to have her on our
team.
