The Corporate Angel
Network arranges free air transportation for cancer patients traveling
to treatment using empty seats on corporate jets. Thanks to the
generosity of 530 of America's finest corporations, Corporate Angel
Network has arranged more than 20,000 flights since their founding
in 1981. They say "an empty seat is a lost opportunity."
Corporate Angel Network could not succeed without the dedicated
service of their volunteers. Volunteers interact with patients and
their families; corporate flight schedulers; pilots, dispatchers
and secretaries; fixed-based operations (FBO's); charter companies
and fractional owners; doctors and nurses; social workers at major
cancer treatment centers; private car
operators; corporate communications departments; and members of
the media. Limousine Eighteen helps by providing ground transportation
for patients and their families.

A travel story about our affiliate
partner in London
Gresham
and Judy Brebach were traveling in the UK on a day like many others.
Mr. Brebach is the Vice President of Corporate Development at Fair
Isaac. A chauffeur from Limousine Eighteen's affiliate picked them
up. The plan was for the driver to simply bring them to a rental
car location so that they could get a vehicle for their stay. Along
the way the couple mentioned that they were going to join some friends
at a hotel in Windsor. The chauffeur let them know that finding
that particular hotel could be a bit tricky. Since it was only about
20-30 minutes away he would be happy to be their escort. The couple
graciously accepted the chauffeur's invitation. The Brebachs were
very satisfied with the service as the chauffeur clearly went above
and beyond expectations. What a great way to start a trip!

Dear Marc and Linda,
I want to start off
by saying that I got WAY more out of the program than I thought
I would!
When I got back to
the office Tuesday night I was exhausted & grumpy. Business travel
is hard! I can now empathize with our clients. I truly understand
why a client can get so mad when a car arrives even 2 minutes late.
Wanda Sitzer’s
talk showed us how little things are actually huge to our customers.
Things like the tone of your voice set the stage for the customer's
experience.

Congratulations to our latest winner, Patti
Haley of Clark Benson, LLC. Patti booked travel on the Limousine
Eighteen website and was entered into our drawing. She is the Executive Assistant to Jim Benson, President
and CEO of Clark Benson. She and a guest will receive
dinner and transportation to the award-winning Legal Sea Foods,
courtesy of Limousine Eighteen. When we called to congratulate
her, she shared her recent experiences: "Yet again I am totally impressed by Limo 18's customer service. I must
have called Operations four times yesterday to keep changing reservations
for last night, due to a changing corporate jet schedule. And each
time, I was greeted cheerfully and professionally. It's so nice
to know I can count on Limo 18 to take care of my boss, no matter
the time or issues. You always make me look good. Thank you for
that."
